I want to confirm that I will attend the workshop in Vilnius.

For the workshop, I would like to write a one page position paper on the European Commission's intention to propose a term extension for related rights (see my previous email on this mailing list). I have been actively involved in drafting the chapter on the term extension for related rights in the "Recasting of copyright and related rights for the knowledge economy" report of the Institute for Information Law. So I very much know the ins en outs of this problem.
